Floor structure
Wear resistant layer: 0.3mm thick PVC transparent wear-resistant layer, transparent texture, strong adhesion, wear-resistant and scratch resistant, with a wear resistance coefficient of 6000-8000 revolutions per minute.
UV layer: UV oil and curing agent solidify to form a coating, which can suppress the volatilization of chemical substances inside the board through ultraviolet irradiation.
Color film layer: covering various decorative layers such as wood grain, stone grain, carpet grain, etc., to meet different scenes and aesthetic needs.
Polymer substrate layer: A composite board formed by high-temperature extrusion of stone powder and thermoplastic polymer material, which has both wood plastic characteristics and excellent strength and toughness.
