Production process and environmental characteristics of SPC flooring
SPC flooring is mainly made of calcium powder, which is plasticized and extruded into sheets at high temperatures. The decorative layer and wear-resistant layer are covered with a color film through a four roll rolling process, and then processed and formed by a water-cooled UV coating production line. The product does not contain harmful substances such as formaldehyde and heavy metals, and has passed authoritative testing and certification.
